Refund /Cancellation policy

  • To cancel the orders placed, customer can send request to cancel/refund in ‘Help’ section of the App.
  • Terms of & Cancellation/refund:

  • 1. Logistics Charge applicable if the delivery executive has reached the location, if the order is taken to our place and it has to be returned back.
  • 2. In cases of no logistics involved 100% refund can be given.In 8-12 hours time, the refund will be initiated to the original payment mode.
